As an E3 Academy student you will receive a two day induction with the company prior to starting University. Each summer you will be involved in a different 8 week placement, joining one of the engineering teams, participating in a live engineering project, this will give you the opportunity to work with and learn from many of the World’s top development engineers in the fields of power electronics, software and control. You will also have the opportunity to meet socially with other students and employees.
On graduating and joining Control Techniques, we will partially refund your University tuition fees, and you will then join Control Techniques’ internationally recognised IET accredited Engineering Graduate Training Program, and this will set you on a fast track path to achieve your personal and professional career goals.
